Signs it's time to reach out
- Activity persists or intensifies after you've addressed ordinary causes.
- Someone in the home is frightened, losing sleep or feels unsafe.
- Children are distressed by experiences.
- You simply want an objective, documented look at what's happening.
What a responsible team will do
A good team listens first, keeps your information confidential, looks for conventional explanations, documents carefully, and tells you honestly what they found — including when the answer is ordinary. They will never pressure you, charge for fear, or declare your home 'haunted' without evidence.
When it's not a paranormal problem
If anyone is in physical danger, call emergency services. If you suspect a health issue — physical or mental — speak to a qualified professional. Investigators are not a substitute for doctors, electricians or counselors.
