By accessing or using the Paranormal Hunters website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, guide recipients, newsletter subscribers, applicants and members.

2. About the Network

Paranormal Hunters is a network of local investigation teams operating under shared standards. Content on this Site is provided for informational and educational purposes. Cases are published only after review and approval by the responsible team's leadership, and findings are presented as documented observations — not as proof of paranormal activity.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and respectfully. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its accounts, its databases or any non-public information; interfere with the Site's operation; or use it to send spam, harass anyone, or misrepresent your identity.

4. Requests, Applications and Submissions

When you submit a guide signup, newsletter subscription, team application or investigation request, you confirm the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submitting an application or request does not guarantee acceptance or response; teams respond at their discretion and subject to availability.

By submitting photos, recordings or other material to a team, you grant Paranormal Hunters permission to review that material and, where you approve, to publish it with attribution as part of the network's public case files.

5. Membership and Code of Conduct

Participation in the network is subject to our Code of Conduct, which covers permission and privacy, professionalism, safety, ethical investigation practices, teamwork, accountability and representation. Violations may result in suspension or termination of membership.

6. Safety Disclaimer

Paranormal investigation involves entering unfamiliar locations, often at night. Never enter private property without the owner's explicit permission, and never investigate alone. Anything you read on this Site is general information, not professional safety, legal or medical advice. You are responsible for your own safety and for complying with all applicable laws and property rules.

7. Intellectual Property

The Paranormal Hunters name, logo and Site content are the property of the Paranormal Hunters National Network. Public case content may be shared with attribution and a link back to the Site. You may not republish member-only or confidential material.

8. Third-Party Links and Embeds

The Site embeds videos from YouTube in privacy-enhanced, click-to-load mode and links to external websites, tools and partners. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, terms or practices. Some links, such as our equipment partner, may be affiliate links that support the network at no extra cost to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.
